About Shine Squad Early Learners Child Care

Welcome to Shine Squad Early Learners Child Care! With 13 years of childcare experience, including professional preschool experience at Georgetown Hill Early School, Robin's Nest, and A to Z Fun Care, I bring the best practices and structure from larger centers into my warm, home-based program. This allows me to give children individual attention while providing a strong educational foundation. At Shine Squad, we nurture holistic development across physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional domains through engaging activities like storytelling, crafts, songs, reading, outdoor play, and role-playing. Storytelling sparks imagination, builds language skills, encourages empathy, and introduces children to diverse cultures and perspectives. Our facility is a nut-free environment, maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure children’s safety and well-being. Our mission is to create a safe, loving “second home” where children feel valued, confident, and curious while building school-readiness skills and a lifelong love of learning.
