The Montessori School of Washington (MSOW) aims to introduce children to the joy of learning at an early age and assists the child in creating an inner order. This self-discipline becomes the basis of freedom, within a framework, for children to learn through their senses according to their timetable of growth and level of interest. MSOW offers full-day and part-day programs for toddlers (ages 2-3) and a full-day/half-day primary program for children (ages 3-6), including the kindergarten year, each led by trained Montessori teachers. MSOW now accepts child care subsidies and fee assistance payments for our Military families via Child Care Aware and the Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) program.
