Side by side, we follow each child as they self-direct during long periods of uninterrupted work and unstructured play. Children spin in the rain, climb trees, dig holes, water vegetables, independently choose learning materials, concentrate without interruption, speak freely, process their ups and downs, nap hard, repair with a friendliness toward error, and best of all, the children trust and love each other as a bonded community, unified and liberated in a child-centered space free from coercion and stress.
