Our Mission It is the purpose of the Joy In Learning Child Care Centers to enhance the total growth and development of each child through the general and specific techniques of enrichment designed to: 1. Promote physical adeptness (i.e., running, climbing, balancing). 2. Encourage emotional development (i.e., expressiveness, self sufficiency, acceptance, positive discipline). 3. Enhance social competence (i.e., consideration for others, cooperation, relating to adults as well as peers.) 4. Provide opportunities for cognitive learning (i.e., ideas, words, colors, numbers, problem-solving)
