A & A Family Daycare, located in Brockton, MA, is currently seeking a Certified Licensed Assistant to join our team. We are a nurturing, family-centered daycare with a licensed capacity of 6 children, caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and after-school students. Position Details: Title: Certified Licensed Assistant Capacity: 6 children Location: Brockton, MA Schedule: [Insert schedule – part-time/full-time, weekdays, flexible hours] Responsibilities Include: Assisting with daily care routines for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Supporting early childhood learning and development through structured and play-based activities. Helping with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Engaging with parents in a friendly and professional manner. Following all licensing and safety regulations. Qualifications: Certified and licensed under Massachusetts EEC regulations (or eligible). Experience working with children (infants–school age) preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Dependable, caring, and patient with a strong commitment to child development.
