Early Learning Academy is licensed to provide child care services to children ages 4 weeks to 6 years of age. Infants (4 weeks to 15 months) - Toddlers (15 months to 2.9 months) - Pre-schoolers (2.9 to 6 year old). ELA is licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care and follows the Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS). The measurement tools used are the Infant/Toddler Environmental Rating Scale (I/TERS), Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) and the Program Administration Scale (PAS). We accept private pay as well as Vouchers from PACE Child Care Works. Our hours of operation is from 7:00 AM to 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. We are open year-round, closing for major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving. We close two days a year for Staff Professional Development- one day in the month of March and one day in the month of June.
