Mountain Pathways School

The Montessori method of educating children has evolved over the last century into one of the premier educational philosophies in the world. While our school also incorporates activities aligned with the NC daycare curriculum, our primary goal is for our spaces to feel like Montessori environments, with the expectations and materials of a Montessori classroom. The Montessori classroom is built upon personal responsibility and respect for the other individuals in the environment. Children who rise to these expectations — and whose parents take them home — typically go on to become successful, well-adjusted young adults who do not hesitate to make positive contributions to their community and world.
