Communities are healthier and stronger because of the standard we have set by empowering the children and families we serve to reach their fullest potential. We believe all children are important and need a clean, safe, nurturing and diverse environment in the absence of their parents. We strive to be leaders in the early care and education field by hiring experienced teachers, treating them with respect and integrating their teaching efforts with the values of the parents we serve. Child Care is foundational early learning for our youngest children during their most critical developmental period. It is also a vital support for working parents and caregivers and a business and economic tool. Despite being essential and critical, decades of limited public investments have created a failing childcare market. This is why we ask for parents,staff and business owners to advocate for consistent and substantial funding for the childcare industry to help support an essential business, provide employment for childcare teachers and allow for affordable tuition for working parents.
